Delegate Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be notified to the Conference Manager by email: tracy@on-cue.co.nz

Cancellation on or before 2 June 2025 will incur a $100.00+GST cancellation fee
-
Cancellation after 2 June 2025 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

There will be no refund for any registered delegate who does not attend on the day of conference

Any refunds will be processed after the conference. Refunds will be at the discretion of the organising committee, and considered on a case by case basis.

Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, please advise On-Cue of any name change as soon as possible.
Cancellation due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event of the in-person conference being cancelled more than 14 days prior to the conference start date, due to any unforeseen circumstances (ie pandemic or weather event), the conference may be postponed to a new date. In the event of the in-person conference being cancelled within 14 days prior to the conference start date or once the conference has started, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the event may be cancelled at the discretion of the conference organising committee. Cancellation fees may be retained to cover costs incurred. If a delegate is unable to attend as they are unwell, they are welcome to send a substitute delegate without penalty and the committee will consider processing a refund following the conclusion of the conference.

Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the organisers will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.

Celebrate with colleagues and enjoy a family style buffet dinner at the Whitehaven Room, Marlborough Events Centre, overlooking the Taylor River.
Get your dancing shoes ready! We will have local band 'A Minor Thing' playing after the dinner and awards ceremony.
